Dear guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the established internal rules of Hotel Hugo Varna:
•Adhering to these rules will ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all guests. The management of Hotel Hugo highly appreciates your cooperation in observing the hotel’s policies.
•It is necessary to present identification documents at the reception upon check-in. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the hotel and access the hotel rooms.
•Upon check-out, please vacate your room by 12:00 PM. Check-in to the hotel rooms begins after 2:00 PM.
•Pets weighing up to 10-15 kg are allowed at Hotel Hugo, but only in designated rooms (Budget and Standard Rooms). Guests will be charged an additional fee on a daily basis.
•In accordance with the Public Order Regulation of Varna Municipality, silence must be maintained between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. During the rest of the day, we rely on your consideration.
•We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing and consuming food in the hotel rooms. The minibar in the room is intended solely for the items contained within it and should not be used as a refrigerator. If any items are removed from the minibar, they will be charged to your account as consumption.
•Rooms must be kept clean, and the furnishings should only be used for their intended purpose.
•Smoking of cigarettes or electronic devices is prohibited throughout the entire hotel. For this purpose, a designated outdoor area is available. In case of a violation, and if traces of smoking are found during room cleaning or at check-out, a penalty fee of 100 BGN / 51,13 EUR will be added to your account. Please be aware that tobacco smoke may trigger the smoke detectors in your room.
•Bringing bicycles, scooters, bulky items, or flammable and explosive substances into the public areas or the hotel rooms is prohibited.
•Taking hotel property outside the hotel is prohibited. Hotel Hugo reserves the right to charge guests for the costs of repairing any damage to hotel property caused by their intentional, negligent, or careless actions. If such damage is recorded, guests will be notified and asked to pay the corresponding amount as per the current price list.
•For an additional charge, you may store your valuables in individual safes available at the reception. Hotel Hugo is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that have not been stored securely.
•Please contact the hotel reception if you need information or assistance during your stay.
•We remind you that saving water and electricity is important for the planet.
